We help you win new business partners. Managed B2B email outreach — one operator, not an agency.

The problem: Winning new clients is slow and unpredictable. There's no time to research every potential business partner. Most cold outreach goes unanswered. Sending cold email from your main mailbox puts your company's email reputation at risk.

What is it, exactly? We find the right companies for you. Backed by real research, we write a unique, personalized email for each recipient on behalf of your company. You only need to deal with the replies that come back.

How it works: One clear process in six steps.

  1. Introduction callWe get to know your offer and your goal — a shared starting point, not a template.
  2. Who to contactWe define exactly which companies are worth contacting: industry, size, and decision-maker role.
  3. Research & personalized emailsA separate email for every recipient, based on real research — never a generic template.
  4. 9-point safety checkEvery email passes all nine checks, protecting deliverability and your company's sender reputation.
  5. Careful sendingWe send at a controlled pace from a dedicated mailbox created for outreach.
  6. Replies classifiedInterested · Question · Not interested · Away — every reply is labeled.

Every reply classified — and routed. Interested, Question, Not interested, Away. Interested replies go straight to your salesperson or CRM, so no opportunity slips away.

A controlled system with predictable costs. One operator, not an agency — Every campaign is personally overseen by the founder — no assembly line. Your main mailbox stays protected — We never send from your address — your main company mailbox stays untouched. Fixed monthly fee, no setup fee — Predictable costs, with no hidden charges. Fast launch, reach across 27 EU countries — Launch in about one week, with broad reach across Europe.

How it works

Four steps to steady B2B customer acquisition.

You don't have to learn new software, and you don't have to hire a dedicated salesperson (an SDR). We run the process, you close the deals.

What's your part in getting started? — Onboarding, step by step
01
Introduction call

A 60–90 minute call, a summary document, and your ideal customer profile. One time, together with your operator.

02
Research & emails

We research the target companies and decision-makers. A separate, personalized 80–140 word email for each recipient.

03
Safety filter

9 checks before every email — banned words, unsubscribes, domain authentication, mailbox status, deliverability.

04
Sending & replies

We send from dedicated, warmed-up mailboxes. We classify the replies; the interested email goes to your salesperson.

Subject: The new Brno plant and inventory visibility

Congratulations on the April plant opening near Brno — an exciting step. During fast expansion, this is exactly where many manufacturers start to outgrow spreadsheet-based inventory, while the operations team needs a clearer view across sites. We help manufacturers bring inventory and incoming orders into a single real-time view — reducing stoppages and manual reconciliation. Would a short example from a similar-sized manufacturer be useful? Happy to send one over.

Live email examples

This is the kind of email the system writes.

These aren't templates: each email is written for one specific recipient, based on their publicly available information. Company names are redacted and personal names and contact details anonymised — the style, structure and personalisation are the system's real work.

[company name redacted]: an automation opportunity

Hi Anna,

On the [company name redacted] site, day-to-day operations and customer handling look like the main focus (order management, customer support, returns).

With that setup, the first quick win is usually auto-preparing incoming enquiries, emails and reports. It's also worth looking at where manual email handling and status-tracking could become a shorter, clearer process.

We build automations and custom web workflows for small and mid-sized companies: email handling, lead capture, CRM updates and reporting.

If useful, I'm happy to show a couple of concrete ideas tailored to how you work. Shall we look at it on a quick call?

If it's not relevant, a short reply is enough and I won't email again.

[company name redacted]: industrial and reseller outreach

Hi [company name redacted] team,

With abrasives and industrial supplies, the first outreach works best when you handle industrial users, maintenance teams, buyers and reseller partners separately. That way it isn't a generic partner search, but a message built on a specific procurement or sales situation.

We run a controlled email outreach process: targeted research to find the relevant companies, and personalised first emails to open the conversation. Per campaign we find the relevant companies and public business contacts, then write short, natural first emails.

Might be worth a short chat about which target companies would be most valuable right now?

If it's not relevant at the moment, a short reply is enough and we won't email again on this topic.

Best, Vicky

[company name redacted]: sales outreach, done for you

Hi Peter,

I noticed [company name redacted] is hiring new salespeople at the moment — that's usually when the shared prospecting inbox gets messy fast, and it's hard to see who has already been contacted.

We run B2B cold outreach end to end: we find the relevant companies, write every first email personally, and hand over only the real replies.

Would a short, 15-minute call be worth it to see whether this fits how [company name redacted] works?

Best regards, Kate

Re: Outdoor cover — [company name redacted]

Hi [company name redacted] team,

A few days ago I wrote to you about our premium outdoor marquees, which give covered, shaded outdoor guest space for events, hospitality or seasonal use.

Just following up briefly: if outdoor cover hasn't come up since, that's completely fine. If it might be relevant for the coming season, we're happy to put together an indicative proposal on size and layout.

For that, the venue, the season or date and a rough guest count are enough.

If it's not relevant now, a short reply is enough and we won't email again on this topic.

Best regards, Maya

Re: Growth partnership — [company name redacted]

Hi [company name redacted] team,

A few days ago I reached out about a strategic growth partnership: strategy, performance marketing, creative and digital delivery under one roof, with metrics that are transparent at leadership level.

Just following up: if the topic hasn't come up since, that's completely fine. But if visibility, lead generation or sales focus is on the agenda for you now, it could be worth a short conversation to see where there's still business upside.

If it's not relevant, a short reply is enough and I won't email again.

Many thanks, Greg

The founder

One person stands behind b2bemail — not an agency.

I'm Kapás Bence, the owner of b2bemail (Boostwithdata Kft.). Most companies know who they want to reach, but they don't have the time or the system to contact the right decision-makers predictably, week after week — large agencies think in bulk, and automated tools wreck a company's email reputation.

b2bemail is a third way: a controlled, measurable system where every email is personalized and your main email account stays protected the whole time. I don't operate like an agency — I personally oversee every campaign, and clients work directly with me from the kickoff call to the weekly fine-tuning.
